GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Jensen Construction Corp. is qualified to bid as a General Contractor on a wide range of projects. We would appreciate the opportunity to bid your project to your plans and specifications. Please contact us with details of your project and bidding procedure.

CONCRETE
Jensen Construction Corp. maintains a full – time crew devoted to mainly concrete construction. Our company is well equipped for large projects including machine bases, foundations, floors, elevated slabs, and paving.

We have a complete line of concrete equipment including, grading equipment, trucks, compactors, power screeds, power trowels, concrete saws, and other accessories required for large pours. We also have a large selection of foundation forms.

CARPENTRY
Jensen Construction Corp. maintains a quality full – time carpentry crew. We have a 30’ x 40’ carpenter shop equipped for fabrication of cabinets and other casework. Our experienced workmen are available for remodeling and new construction.

PLANT MAINTENANCE
Jensen Construction Corp.’s workmen are available for plant maintenance. We have regular customers who schedule projects for our crews. We are prepared to comply with rigid plant safety rules. Our workmen are thoroughly trained in all facets of safety and OSHA standards. Our insurance company is quite impressed with our Safety Program and has been quoted as saying “you have one of the best safety plans and manual that I have ever seen”.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
Jensen Construction Corp.’s management is at the office by 6:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays to receive your calls. Most of the time there is someone in our office as late as 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and as late as 5: p.m. on Saturdays. We are prepared to respond quickly to your emergency needs.

We had a recent example when the parapet fell off a seven-story building in Galesburg, IL. . we were able to secure the area and repair the damage within a minimal time frame. Even more recently, there was a fire at a local school district.

Jensen Construction Corp. was there to help isolate the damaged area so that school could begin again without the damaged area interfering with daily activities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Some of our projects are preformed on a Design-Build Construction Management basis where we develop the plans, specifications and manage the bidding and construction. However there are times when the customer has plans and specifications prepared by others and needs someone to supervise the project. Jensen Construction Corp. offers on-site construction management for such situations.
